President, Kevin Hopkins has been completing civil work, specializing in excavation and utility placement since 1980 and is well known for “thinking outside the box” and coming up with fresh ideas to solve challenging problems. Civil experience includes residential and commercial excavation and utility placement, sewer and water treatment plants, install / replace sewer and water services and mainlines, large and small buildings, road work and parking lot construction.
